All Listings include Promotional services through our extended connections.

$ 5.00 listing fee per item, Discounted with mutpile items:  If your item does'nt sell it will be returned if in our possession or we can relist at the same price..

Sale items are active for 45 days unless sold, can relist after 45 days w/ additional fee depending on the item.

Commission fees as followed payable when seller receives the money:

• $1.00 – $1000.00                   10% commission

• $1001.00- $2500.00               9 % commission

• $2501.00-$5000.00                 8% commission

• $5001.00-$7500.00                 7% commission

• $7501.00-$10,000.00              6 % commission

We Will need your email, and or phone to reach you during day and evening. All inquires will be read and answered by us to the best of our knowledge depending on item or items. we will forward all emails to your email as well so that you have perspective buyer info and questions as well as any contact details.

On all items, give the best details you can, size, width, height, inches, color , condition, age, brand etc… the more details you give us the better we can answer questions with  out having to call on you…

WE Will need at least 2 pictures of every item Or we can take them for you at an additional cost.

Include your contact name, phone number and email unless we have it on file already.

If item is out of state, buyer is responsible for paying shipping cost, and owner is responsible for packaging and sending. AFTER MONEY AS BEEN RECEIVED from buyer. Most all buyers will be local and will pick up.

If seller has item at there residence or business they will be responsible for the transaction and meeting time and place. If it’s in my possession I will handle time and place with buyer. Commission fees are due upon sale. Please have record of selling price.
